Okay, I think you did a really good job on this, but the curl in the mane and tail make the character seem feminine.
The coller bone is a bit off, and Inkblot IS male, I noted the missing eyelashs , but the arm muscles would be a bit more pushed out, or if he's a feme guy you're right on the dot .
Another thing I noticed was the his muzzle (?)/ frontal face is shaped wrong, he looks a bit like an anteater. Last thing, (I swear) a tail wouldn't naturally curl like that.
